Generative Coaching 12-Module Video Series

Generative Coaching is something that goes all the way back to my university days when I first met my dear friend and colleague Robert Dilts. Over the last 15 years, he and I have developed the program together.
 
Basically, Generative Coaching is about how to coach yourself (first and foremost), other individuals, and other groups to create positive realities. It begins with the central idea that creativity is the core dimension of human consciousness. Let's explore that and oh so much more together!  
 
This video course consists of 12 Sessions that will guide you through ways to develop a safe and generative space for you and your clients. We will explore:
The COACH state of groundedness, being centered, open, and connected with yourself and another,
The six steps of the generative coaching process,
How to form a deep and meaningful intension of transformation,
Ways to gather key resources and to transform barriers and obstacles into resources as well,
How to elicit creative engagement across all in a way that is beneficial for you and your clients.
